Future Fireman

Dusty called me Saturday morning and said that he was out at the Promenade with the fire safety house and wanted me to bring the boys up. So, we quickly got ready and headed up there. When we got there he said they had been talking to a photographer at Picture People and they were wanting a to take pictures of a fireman's kids in their daddy's uniform to show to the editor of a little local magazine called Peekaboo. He said they were talking about doing a safety issue so he thought the cover shot would be cute with a fireman's kid.

We were thinking that Camryn would look absolutely adorable in his Dusty's bunker gear and when the photographer saw Camryn's big smile he couldn't wait to take picture of him! Well, that's where the fun ended! Camryn would not cooperate and would not put his feet in the boots or put the hat on. We even tried to bribe him with a sucker but he was not going to have any part of it! Sweet little Cadyn kept saying the whole time he would do it so they had him jump in and took his picture in the bunker gear! Well, as you can see they turned out AWESOME! We were blown away at how cute they were and how perfect the expressions on Cadyn's face were! Of course we had to end up buying them and I can't wait to get to Hobby Lobby this week and get them framed! Doesn't he look just like his daddy and could definately be a future fireman!

He is a natural- and if the firefighter thing doesn't work out, maybe "male model" could be another choice! :)

Jill, those are so adorable. He looks so grown up. What a cutie pie! My mom still has all of my dad's fireman gear. She is wanting to get pictures of Ty in my dad's turnouts. What sweet memories they will be for all of you!
